Women's 60-69 Nominees

Shirley Harper * St. James, Barbados * Track and Field

At the 2007 Huntsman World Senior Games, Harper won the gold medals in four events in the women's 60-64 age group: the 50-meter dash, the 100-meter dash, the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter run. She also won a bronze medal in the standing long jump.

Carol Rymer Davis * Downhill Skiing * Denver

In what was once a very close race for first place in Class 8 of the Rocky Mountain Masters Ski Series, Rymer Davis has managed to gain a 50-point lead. She is also tied for second in points in the entire league and leads all women in first-place finishes in the Super-G with four.

Kathy Jager * Glendale, Ariz. * Track and Field

At the 2008 Masters Indoor Track and Field Championships, Jager faced tough competition in the women's 60-64 age group, which included Philippa Raschker. Nonetheless, Jager managed first place finishes in the 60-meter dash and the shot put. She placed second in the long jump.

Merijean Kelley * Racquetball * Palo Alto, Calif.

Kelley placed first in the women's 60+ division at the Women's Senior National Championships in January and first in the women's 55+, first in women's 60+ and first in the mixed 60+ at the USA Racquetball National Doubles Championships in February.
